Local project data

Room dimensions, geometry, furniture placement, checklist choices, manual links, and budget assumptions are stored in your browser's local storage. NestlingRoom does not send the contents of that project state to a server. Clearing browser data, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove it.

Project import and export are handled in your browser. An imported file is read on your device, and an exported file is downloaded to your device; its contents are not uploaded to NestlingRoom. If you share or back up an exported file elsewhere, that service's privacy terms apply.

Analytics

NestlingRoom uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view information. The current site does not intentionally send planner interactions, exact room measurements, room geometry, project-file contents, health information, child information, or product serial numbers as custom analytics events or properties.

Email and sensitive information

If you email the editorial team, your email provider and the team's email provider process the message and address. Do not enter or send a child's name, pregnancy or health information, an exact home address, access details, or product serial numbers. Room planning does not require that information.
